Exchanges
Direct exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window — for example, a different size.
Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or requests made after the 30-day window.
Free Return Shipping
Change-of-mind & sizing returns
We do not charge a return shipping fee. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, you get free return shipping. We provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you — there is no return shipping fee for these returns.

We email a free prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.

Pack your item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Drop it off
Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location using the prepaid label.

Refund or exchange
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 2 business days.

Receive a free label
We send a free prepaid return label — download and print it at no cost.

Ship it back
Return the item to 805 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82601, United States, using the prepaid label.

We inspect it
Our team checks the returned item against the exchange request.

Replacement sent
Your replacement is produced and shipped within 2–5 business days, or a full refund is issued if it cannot be fulfilled.
Order Cancellation
Cancelling an order
Because every item is printed to order, cancellation is only possible before your order enters production. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible after checkout.
If your request reaches us before production begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still use the 30-day return process above after it arrives.
Tip: Cancellation requests are handled during support hours, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT. The earlier you contact us, the more likely we can stop the order before it is made to order.

Defective or wrong items: If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, we issue a full refund including the original $4.95 shipping fee, or send a replacement at no cost. The original shipping fee is otherwise non-refundable.
