QAre your products made to order?

Yes. Every item on hoorasport.com is printed to order. Once you place an order, your apparel is produced upon order and then shipped from within the United States. Nothing is pre-made — each piece is made to order specifically for you.

QWhat do you sell?

We sell adult apparel and t-shirts. Our range is focused on made-to-order tops for men and women.

QWhy does it take a few days before my order ships?

Because each item is printed to order, we need 2–5 business days to produce it before it is packed and handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

QHow long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days from your order date. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

QHow much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, anywhere we deliver in the United States.

QWhich carrier will deliver my order?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order. The specific carrier and tracking number are included in your shipping confirmation email.

QWhere do you ship?

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations.

QDo you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

QHow do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package with the assigned carrier.

QMy package hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier (usually 3–5 business days) and arrange a replacement or full refund based on the outcome.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account required.

QDo you charge sales tax?

The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

QDo you accept returns for non-defective items?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached.

QDo you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept direct exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for — we'll send a free prepaid return label.

QDo I have to pay to return an item?

No. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee. We provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you.

QHow do I get a return label?

Email support with your order number. Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day — at no cost to you. Download and print the label, then drop off the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

QHow long do refunds take?

After we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it.

QCan I cancel my order?

You can cancel before your order enters production. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once an item is being printed to order, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still use our 30-day return process.

QMy item arrived defective or wrong — what now?

Email [email protected] and we'll make it right with a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a free replacement.
